What happens when you need to publish or remove the same content from 20+ WordPress multi-site domains simultaneously, while managing the visibility of the content with different rules on each site, and process different triggers around that content? In our case we built a hybrid system leveraging the best of Laravel and the best of WordPress to architect a system that handles terabytes of public and private assets without skipping a beat. I'll talk about what drove our choices during the architecture and building phases of the project, how it evolved as we built it, and what we learned from our adventures.
