Welcome to a new series, Digital Planners in Affinity Publisher for iPad V2, where I will walk you, step by step, through my process for creating basic digital planners, notebooks and journals, using Affinity Publisher for iPad.
In the first few videos in the series, intended for beginners to the app, we'll take a complete tour of the user interface. In this lesson, we are going to move in to the main interface and take a high level look at the tools and studios, the contextual menu, as well as the quick menu and command controller.
Upcoming tutorials will cover using master pages to set up layouts, creating digital papers, and calendar grids, using tables, and creating realistic elements like binder rings and vintage book plates. I'll also show you how to use texture in your designs without worrying about bogging your iPad down when using your final output in Goodnotes and other annotation apps.
