If you are an overthinker, I’m sure you must have thought about what happens if a company delist its shares?
If the company is voluntarily delisting, there are 2 things that can happen - The promoters & investors give the option to retail investors to sell their share to them at a price based on the company’s valuation. You can also look for a buyer outside the exchange, that is an over-the-counter buyer. There can be investors who want to hold the shares even if the company is delisted. This can prove to be more profitable, but is comparatively a lil harder way. Did any of your holdings get delisted?
