Redware Connector XCOPY Installation
The Connector clickonce installation causes problems on some servers and CITRIX machines because access is required to C:\programdata\redware research limited\connector folder.
XCOPY installation gets around this issue but installing directly into the folder structure on the server. Follow these instructions to install the Connector into a folder on your server. Remember to copy the redware.config file into the program folder and remove your existing installation (with Add/Remove Programs) and config file if you have it.
