Real Time Changing Face with 1 Picture Test on Google Meet Live Portrait Test
This is a test for changing face depends on 1 pic in Real-Time.
I used Google Meet to demonstrate it could stream real-time and should be able to use for video meeting and streaming.

Now this method also support video2video natually.
Note: I used a different method for making it real-time. It is really hardware heavy, so I am not decided to make any tutorial video for this yet.
