Neuro José Caravallo Diaz was born in Cartagena, Colombia. In the interview, he will explain how many surnames he has, where his patronymic is in his name, and his relationship to actress Cameron Diaz. Neuro and Will will discuss the most famous Colombian phenomena – Colombian cuisine and nature, as well as Shakira and Gabriel García Márquez. When choosing between universities in the US, Canada, and Europe, Neuro chose Russia for the opportunity to receive a scholarship. Originally planning to study programming, he came to Russia in 1998 and majored in astronomy. However, fate soon swayed him toward organizing events and astronomy, and he abandoned astronomy. He subsequently founded his own social dance school, Salsa Social, which has approximately 1,000 students and is housed in seven halls covering 900 square meters. The school is currently planning expansion, and Neuro is actively searching for a second location in central St. Petersburg. At Salsa Social, they teach social dances: salsa, bachata, kizomba, and tango. Neuro will explain what social dance is, how this culture functions, and briefly describe the differences between these dances.
