Alpha Warrior: "Alcatraz: The Descent" obstacle
This was one of the final steps to conquering Alcatraz. This was probably supposed to be easy, but honestly, it was the hardest thing I did all day. At that point my body was fatigued, but my shoulder was in a lot of pain. The cargo net had a lot of slack, so having two functioning arms would have made it a lot easier to stabilize myself.
