Today kicks off an early start as I get on the early train to Bristol for a catch up and strategy meeting with John and Matt.
This goes really well and we go for a walking business meeting around Bristol.
After that I have some time to spare and decide as I am passing Wolverhampton I can stop by Cool Runnings and see Theo Hoffman's latest business venture. A Caribbean restaurant, which I can testify serves some of the most flavoursome food i've had.
He joins me on the vlog to chat about what he has been up to and talk about his journey.
