What can I say that you don't already know about the OChain?
It allows for float on the chainring which isolates alot of the drivetrain forces. Even with a high pivot bike you'll still feel these forces in the pedals, but with the OChain almost all of those forces are gone.
PROS: The bike is quieter, it gets hung up less on square edge hits, and its better under significant braking forces.
CONS: Maybe a slight penalty of weight on the chainring and a little bit of "slop" in the pedal stroke as you bump up against the elastomere while first pedaling.
