In the previous video, I spoke about how I don't necessarily believe in setting goals. However, I very much believe in manifestation and intention setting which I feel are quite different things to rigid goal setting.
I'll be sharing some methods I've learned from various mentors over the years. These have taught me to co-create with life rather than trying to control and force everything.
