I'm the owner of the first shipping container home in Minnesota. I purchased it through an affordable housing program. It's some thing that I've been researching and following for years before I moved into the home. I've been documenting my learnings as I get more information about container homes, details about building one, and tips about real estate that I've been picking up.
I am the single father of twins. I'm an educator. I'm Latino. I'm working on wellness and gaining wealthy. I believe that we can do both.
