WIREWORM: Start the fight this fall! Get rid of click beetle larvae
In the fall, during harvesting, you might find small holes in your potatoes and carrots. These are traces of wireworms, the larvae of the click beetle. These pests remain in the larval stage for 2 to 5 years or more! And all this time, they chew through roots and tubers.
