Why Did WWII Planes Have Artwork?
Thousands of aircraft would fly during the Second World War, many of these would all have a similar appearance. But for some, particularly allied aircraft, artwork would feature on the front. Many Allied bomber crews would paint images on their planes, but why? In today's video we look at why WWII planes had artwork.
