During the Second World War there were numerous experiments and prototypes created to make advances and gain a military advantage over the enemy. Some were very strange and out there. One such experiment involved the use of a low flying aircraft two poles and a man. In today's video we look at the World War Two ground to air retrieval method used to rescue stranded men.
