Gas struts mounted underneath RV bed
Two 20" 80 lb gas struts mounted underneath a standard 8" thick short queen RV bed. I secured all of the brackets with through-bolts, and it seems very secure. Once its closed, it stay closed until I pull up on it. I can also remove the thin shelf underneath, to access the fresh tank and electrical. Should have done this years ago!
