For those that don't know, Matt is now part of the Cold Skin Crew, because... I got really attached to him. Matt and Elliot are a thing now, so I sorta used this as an excuse to share that information, as well as officially move him to The Crew.
STORY IN CASE YOU DON'T GET IT;
Matt is still horribly heartbroken, his addiction and depression only worsening with time. Eventually, he decides he can't live in Ohio anymore, and wants to move as far away as he can, all the way to Oregon. He just wants a fresh start. Months pass, but nothing has changed. He hurts, he can't make friends, he can't hold down a job... So one night, while delirious from his high, Matt's mind wanders and he decides there's no point in living anymore. As he's about to jump, someone grabs him, pulling him down from the railing he was perched on.
Elliot had saved his life. They're unable to just leave Matt alone, so they end up becoming friends. They introduce him to their friends and mother, and after time passes, the two grow quite close. Matt realizes he's starting to fall for Elliot, but... They're aromantic. They could never care for him the way he cares for them. Despite this, one day, he decides there's nothing to lose, and confesses to Elliot.
Much to his surprise, Elliot kisses him. The two become a couple.
