Suman and Radhika are two daughters-in-law of the same family. Suman, the elder daughter-in-law, is kind, responsible, and always puts her family before herself. To avoid daily arguments, the grandfather divides the kitchen duties between the two daughters-in-law. Suman sincerely fulfills her evening responsibilities, while Radhika continues neglecting her daytime duties. Over time, the family loses trust in Radhika, and she begins feeling ignored and isolated. One day, when she is forced to prepare food for expected guests, she realizes that she does not even know the basics of cooking. Feeling helpless, she breaks down in tears.
Instead of insulting her, Suman comforts Radhika and explains that an elder sister-in-law is meant to guide, not compete. She tells her that if they work together, the home will always remain happy. Realizing her mistakes, Radhika sincerely apologizes and promises to change. The two daughters-in-law hug each other, prepare dinner together, and serve the entire family with love. The story ends with a message that understanding, cooperation, and mutual respect are the true foundations of a happy family.
