Form OUT! (Read Desc)
So, I have finally released my Intro Request Form! Here are so of the requirements and notes you need to pay attention to:
1. You MUST have 100+ subs
2. Depending on your content, I will decide whether I will make one or not
3. Since I can only create intros on weekends, most request will take at lease 2 weeks to make
4. Form will closed once it reaches 10 requests, and will re-open once I've cleared all of them
5. Make sure to fill out the form correctly!
