What Won't Help You Heal
It's important to limit your watching of videos that have to do with narcissism and toxic behaviors. It can send you down rabbit holes that you don't need to go down and it can keep you stuck.
With that said I hope you like the videos I put out, as well as, learn from them. Leave what you don't agree with - that's ok.
