ESO Healer Skill Spotlight: Force Siphon

With all the love you showed the first episode, I'm proud to say we are back with our second episode of Healer Skill Spotlight! In this episode, we'll be taking a look at the restoration staff skill "Force Siphon," as well as its morphs "Quick Siphon," and "Siphon Spirit," to give you the rundown on these skills! I think it's a pretty decent skill, and I actually learned a LOT about the Minor Lifesteal debuff that I didn't already know when I was doing research and testing for this build.
