Piping Hot is an instrumental with Curtis playing lead guitar!
In 1963 it was actually released as "Hot Potato" by the "Rinkydinks", due to contract obligations not under Curtis' own name (it appeared later under his own name on compilation reissues).
In 1972 it was reissued as "Soul Train" by "The Ramrods", specifically because the very popular TV show with that name had picked up the original single for its theme.
