DCMP Overview
The Described and Captioned Media Program provides services for families and educators who have students with disabilities. DCMP is funded by the U.S. Department of Education, and all services are free. These include a library of streaming, accessible educational videos, teacher tools, professional development resources, and a Learning Center of accessibility information. www.dcmp.org
