3 Fire Emblem Engage Tips I Wish I Knew When Starting The Game
Today, I'm going over 3 beginner tips I wish I knew when starting Fire Emblem Engage. The basic gameplay mechanics and battle flow can take some getting used to, especially if this is your first Fire Emblem game, so here are some general tips to keep in mind as you start the game.
1. Spend money, bond fragments and resources wisely. The huge money and bond fragment boosts you get early game can be deceiving. Things can get pretty tight later in the game so it’s good to not overspend on things like higher tier donations to regions and the bond rings mechanic.
2. Upgrade Classes early. There’s no negative effects of upgrading as soon as you get to level 10 on a base class. You don’t level up slower since that is based on an internal level, and you only stand to gain instant stat boosts and increased growth rates each time your unit levels up. If you get to the max level, you can always reset with an advanced seal to keep leveling up. Go for it!
3. Use the Forge. Forge is OP. Iron Dagger +3 is my best dagger and I’m mid to late game at this point. You can create entirely new weapons that you wouldn’t have access too and tremendously increase your units effectiveness with the forge.
