😌 How I grew my business to 4 new stores
I helped transform one store from the Sound Empire into a branch that sold DJ Kultura magazine. Plus, my boss, Artyom Valentinovich, opened four more stores because I told them, "Let's change distributors. I'll go to Moscow and find distributors and labels from whom we can buy music and other stuff that I'll bring to Ivanovo." I said, "Why are you buying this stuff in Ivanovo?" I said, "First of all, it's expensive, and they don't have half of it here."
He said, "Okay." The first time I went to Moscow, I took a taxi to Gorbushka, and it was about 4,000 rubles roundtrip. And I had a Volga, and I said, "Do you even know Moscow?" He said, "No, great, let's go for a drive." I went to Gorbushka, made arrangements with several labels, World Club Music, and a few others. So, I finalized the purchases and started bringing stuff from Moscow. There was a lot of completely different music, and Artem Valentinovich's business was growing.
