Is Thinking Negative really that bad?
From the dawn of humanity, it was a way for our ancestors to be cautious of all environmental dangers around us, being constantly alert to threats and worst-case scenarios is what helped us survive.
The research by psychologists suggests that it is not the negative thoughts that harm us as much as attempting to block them, as the more we block and more we are attuned to negative thoughts.
