Madison's Concussion - Story Time
Madison MacDonald started noticing concussion symptoms in her sophomore year that were affecting her academic and sports performance.
She experienced the following signs and symptoms of concussion:
-Headaches and migraines
-Fatigue and tiredness
-Grades slipping in school
She eventually had her ImPACT post-injury testing, and was removed from school and activity.
After her experience, she advocates for education about head injuries in sports, including soccer and basketball concussions.
