The remnants of Hurricane Debby moved inland over parts of northern Florida into parts of southern Georgia. It slowed/stalled over the Carolinas, then moved northward across the northeastern part of the United States. As it moved over parts of northeast Pennsylvania and central New York it produced heavy rainfall that caused some flooding, especially along rivers and streams.
