Recommendation
-Osmumtem's Fang
-Ancient Godsword seems really good for the enrage phase
-Blood Fury Amulet to make it more comfortable
-Stat Draining Effect don't work so no stat draining Weapon for special
-Mounted Xeric Talisman until you get your Strangled Tablet
-Bring Thrall as they help with dps and can give you the little extra for the enrage phase
