Ingredients : Choclate biscuits, Chocolate cake , Banana, Choice of fruits, Whipped cream & Milk (optional)🍰

Recipe: (serves 2, for more double the ingredients quantity as per required)
In a food processor ,
Add 1 banana (cut) ,
Add 3-5 chocolate biscuits,
Add 1 small chocolate cake,
Add 5ml milk if required (banana itself makes it liquid),
Make a dough (let it rest in fridge for 20mins).
Spread the dough in a parchment paper and roll it to thin flat shape (not too thin or else it would break will rolling),
Cut edges and forma rectangular shape (easy for rolling).
Apply a thin bed of whip cream & garnish with seasonal fruits of choice (my suggestion is citric fruits).
Carefully roll from on side and let the roll freeze for 2 hours.
Cut , enjoy the intersectional view and enjoy eating,

Taste : Wished I made more dough, a bigger version of this would be so so heavenly. so easy to make and melts in mouth . it’s so simple and made in 10-15mins and SEMMA MATTER’u 💥
