Her favorite part was cracking the eggs 🥚 , and the hardest part was waiting for Alexa to tell us they were done ⏳! I left her alone with the muffins while I took care of Ezra for a bit and came back to EIGHT of those mini muffins gone! She loved them and was so proud of the work she had done! 😋

• we did 1:1 ratio all-purpose flour and kamut flour
• subbed applesauce for oil
• did 1/2 the sugar the recipe called for
