"Beyond the consensus mechanism lie the pieces of information that have been given up. ""Passing"" and ""loss"" are the perspectives I wish to discuss. Behind the mainstream world, there is an invisible garden of ruins, reclaiming this abandoned data as driving energy to continue spreading resonance in another world.
When abandoned data is detected, the device is driven to produce sound. These sounds are resonances of reality, a chain of vibrations much like the records of a block. In the operation of a blockchain, unconfirmed transactions are temporarily stored in the on-chain ""mempool,"" waiting to be packed into the blockchain. They may be discarded or replaced for various reasons, often related to fees and different exclusion strategies; I cannot help but feel a shadow of power structures hidden within this. The work aims to reproduce this abandoned data, transforming what was originally on-chain information into a visual and auditory presence in reality. For those transaction data that can no longer be broadcast on the chain, let the device catch them in the real world, and try to pass them on through melodic music."
