If you order the painted version: It has been prepped, primed, painted, and varnished, resulting in a product that will last, especially if taken care of properly.
The dial can be removed and replaced if desired. Resulting in being able to spin and look as if it is "popped up" and you can purchase different variations of it, such as Red or 10 different alien dials.
