Roasted Corn Cob Stock! No Scrap Left Behind!!
This stock couldn't be easy to make! Corn cobs, cooked or raw is fine too, put in a roaster with an onion, peppercorns and bay leaves and left to simmer overnight. Use this in your favorite soup, for making mashed potatoes or even cooking pasta in! Add a little bit of sweetness to compliment your creations!
