If you woke up one morning with a crooked or stiff neck, you'll know exactly what's in store: a period of major problems that can then, of course, spread throughout your entire body. At some point, you'll be crooked and uneven. But eventually, it will settle down again. In my video today, I'll show you how I would handle it—and how I also handle it if it happens to me or my patients again.
