How we concretize our statement
By women for women it's in our core, and our core has a name: the LaMunt Crew.
The LaMunt Crew is a group of 20 women from different backgrounds and countries, united by their passion for mountain sports. Twice a year, we get together in our LaMunt Crew Event weekend to enjoy #MountainMeTime together, to explore the Italian Alps and to make true our statement of #ByWomenForWomen
Our LaMunt Crew tests our samples and helps us greatly by giving feedback on the product experience. With this method, we are able to collect and implement the refinements into the production process and create products that meet women's actual needs.
During the LaMunt Crew Events, we hike, laugh, and work together to gather opinions and ideas to create technical mountain apparel that truly satisfies women's needs.
