Maths driving you mad? Here Teacher Mr Bletcher explains how to calculate multiplication problems using the lattice method.
This is a useful and quick method and can be easily applied to larger numbers. In this example Mr Bletcher shows how to multiply 2 digit numbers and 3 digit numbers.
This method may be particularly useful to school children in upper KS2, especially for those year 6 children who will be revising for their SATS.
