ADHD in children can impact focus, emotional regulation, and daily life — and in this video, Brennan’s parents share how the Brain Balance program supported their family through those challenges.
They describe what life looked like before Brain Balance, what changed during the program, and the progress they saw at home and at school.

For many families navigating ADHD, behavioral challenges, or sensory processing difficulties in children, the experience can feel overwhelming. Parents often ask, “Why does my child struggle in school?” or “Why doesn’t progress stick, even with extra help?” When emotional meltdowns, frustration, and attention and self-regulation difficulties show up daily, it’s natural to look for support that goes beyond tutoring alone.

The Brain Balance program is a non-medical, whole-child approach designed to support brain development by strengthening foundational skills tied to focus problems in kids, executive functioning in kids, sensory processing, working memory, and emotional regulation in kids. Through personalized plans that may include physical exercises, cognitive activities, and nutritional guidance, Brain Balance works to support developmental growth — not just surface behaviors.

Brain Balance does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or therapy. Families are encouraged to work with their child’s healthcare providers to determine the best path forward.
