Ingredients:
800g mutton shanks (bong pieces - Mutton with bones)
2 large sliced onion
200g yogurt
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp yellow chili powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 cup mustard oil of good quality
2 tbsp garlic paste & water mixture
2 bay leaves
3 cloves
3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1.2 liter hot water
4 tbsp slightly roasted wheat flour

1 cup water to make wheatflour slurry
salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger julienne
2-3 tsp kewra water
2-3 meetha attar
garnish with chopped green chili & coriander leaves
serve with fried onions
serve with hot naan, kulcha or sheermal
