We surprised Melanie and took a short drive to our local lake. We had not been able to take her since the lake had been so dry. Say what you want about the California drought, but this little lake felt it. It was peaceful, we wanted to stay there longer BUT Melanie fell :( and that kind of killed the mood. We LOVE YOU GUYS.
