*3-4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 Box of Lemon Zest and Ricotta Ravioli from Trader Joe’s
1 16-18 oz. Ribeye Steak
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cup of Fresh or Shredded Mozzarella
2 Cups of Spinach
5-6 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
Fresh Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 Stick of Butter (Salted or Unsalted)

To your liking:
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Onion Powder
Lemon Pepper (Salt Free)

For Garnish(Optional):
Fresh Parsley
Shredded Parmesan

1. Melt butter in a pan over medium/high heat, then add in minced garlic. Sauté just until you can smell the garlic (overcooking will cause garlic to become bitter).
2. Reduce heat. Add in heavy whipping cream, garlic paste, dry seasonings, lemon juice and fresh mozzarella. Whisk until all ingredients are combined. Allow to thicken until sauce is able to stick to the back of a rubber spatula.
3. Add in spinach. Fold into sauce and remove from heat once evenly combined.
4. Prepare water for ravioli. Season heavily with salt and cook per the instructions on the package.
5. Season room temperature ribeye steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
6. Heat large cast iron over medium high heat. Drizzle with avocado or olive oil once heated.
7. Once you can see white smoke, sear ribeye in cast iron for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Use a hearty amount of butter to baste your steak with while it is cooking. Add in fresh garlic, rosemary and thyme for extra flavor!
8. Once seared, finish ribeye in oven until cooked to your desired temperature.
9. Once finished, remove ribeye from cast iron and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes prior to cutting steak into thin slices for dish.
10. Add one to two ladles of sauce to your serving dish. Place ravioli noodles on top, and set steak to the side of your pasta.
11. Garnish with fresh Parmesan shreds and parsley. Enjoy!
