Old Farm Truck Is Transforming Into A Roll-Off Truck
Watch as we continue to transform our 1973 Ford F750 grain truck (literally a barn find with only 13,000 miles) into a functional roll-off truck for our dumpster business.
In this exciting update, we've made significant progress. We've successfully installed a new Badlands winch from Harbor Freight, giving our old truck a new lease on life, making sure to over engineer the wiring so it lasts. We also got a custom-made drive shaft from a local machine shop that has brought her back to life and made her mobile again. Paired with a heavier duty rear axle that we sourced from a local junk yard!
While there's still plenty of work to be done, including finding a new front end, paint, installing fenders, and fabricating a dumpster for the rear, we're thrilled with how far we've come. This classic truck is not only becoming a functional asset for our business but also a unique and eye-catching advertisement.
Even in its current state, it draws the attention of every old timer and even some of you guys as well.
