Mixtape : Time Out - Stray Kids (piano version cover) | minergizer
surprise! a video cover 😅 let me tell you how this came about!
in january, i was contacted by an admin of a philippine stray kids fanbase for a cover of mixtape : time out that could fit an emotional theme. this would be used in their proposed fan project vcr for maniac in manila day 2. i understood that there was no guarantee that the project would be approved, so i tried to keep my expectations at a reasonable level. but still, the thought that stray kids might finally hear me and even see me made me look forward to it. unfortunately, the fanbase wasn’t able to propose this project, therefore this was never played at the concert which was last sunday, march 12. nonetheless, i’m still very grateful for the opportunity they’ve given me :)
so now, i’m posting it here instead to share it with stays! the lyrics were slightly altered as per the project theme; “run” was changed to “walk” and “me” was replaced with “us.” the last chorus was supposed to be sung by everyone, so they asked me to sing it with little background music.
it's too early to give up on the thought that skz may one day learn about my existence so i'll keep looking forward to that day :')

and yeah, there you have it haha. oh and since i wasn’t able to post anything last month, i’ll double it this month with skz covers, this being the first one :)
