INGREDIENTS
1cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup APF
1/2 cup cocoa unsweetened
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1large egg
1/2cup vegetable oil
1/2cup boiled water
1/2cup milk
for icing I use WHIPPIT
1=2
1cup of cold water = 2 cups of whippit
1st mix the whippit using mixer for 1min for level 3.
2nd add little water and mix it for high level.
3rd add the remaining water and continue to mix for about 3min, u can add sugar powder for additional sweetness.
