I have to say, sapele seems to be the perfect wood for a bowl harp, and this is probably the best one yet. Thank you Kate for helping fund my instrument-building and being super patient whilst I took my time with it. I hope you have some good fun with it!
In my time off muzaking and woodworking I’ve been playing a bit of Sid Meier’s Civilisation VI (a strategy game) in which one leader (John Curtin) rules Australia. The accompanying soundtrack features ‘Waltzing Matilda’ - I’ve had the tune in my head for a while so it’s only natural I had to make a cover of it!
