In this video police are scene pursuing suspect Ciaran Parker 20, as he drove dangerously down Chester-le-Street in April 2024 on a stolen Kawasaki motorbike, overtaking vehicles, riding above the 30 mph speed limit, traveling on the wrong side of the road, running over a pedestrian crosswalk while the crossing light was on green.
Parker lost control and was flung off his bike, skidding along the road in front of shops almost slamming into a mother and her kids.
