Auto Ducking Discord

In this video, you will learn how to auto duck your voice when music is playing from Spotify or any application of your choosing + how to auto duck when other people are speaking on Discord or any other VOIP software. In this video, we will be using Discord. This method works only on Mac OS.
Step 1 is to download and install 2 applications Loopback and Audio Hijack from the links in the description.
Step 2 is to open Loopback and add a new virtual device so we can route the audio through. This virtual device will be our input device.
Step 3 is to open Audio Hijack and create a blank session and add the applications of your choosing. Use this template for inspiration on how to setup the session. After you create the template click on the record button.
The final step is to go to your Mac's sound preferences and choose as input device the virtual device you created in Loopback. In this case, the virtual device is called Loopback Audio 2
