Ferocious & Female Workshop
The F&F initiative hosted a workshop for all of our girls at BigRock Aikikai! From intense team drills to intricate techniques to a teachers v.s. students dodge ball match, the F&F workshop was an absolute blast! Please enjoy a video of our U12 girls participating in a class at our workshop :)
