Is A Social Distancing Classroom Mathematically Possible?
In this video I jump in to various different questions some of us might have when thinking about how a social distancing classroom would work. Some of the questions I address include:
*How many square feet a classroom would need to be able to hold 30 students
*What our new student / teacher ratio would have to be for the "average sized classroom" we currently have
*How many new teachers we would need to hire for this new ratio compared to the current
*How many years it would take to get the new teachers required
DISCLAIMER: All of these answers are ROUGH ESTIMATES and just for fun, as the information I got was just averages from Google. The main purpose of this video is to show students all the interesting questions we can inquire about using math.
