So, Patrick's boyfriend... Guzman... is back in town and together they're THE meanest. But they're not that close and their relationship isn't that good, at least not the way Patrick was trying to portray it to Ander. And the whole video Pat is kinda trying to get back at Ander for rejecting him in the first video :)
