There are three types of strategy.
In a company, there are three layers of strategy to remember. Corporate, business, and functional are all terms that can be used to describe the same thing. They go from the broadest to the narrowest view of strategy in the organization, in order. They are inextricably related, but they provide different critical elements of strategy design and execution.
